Refund Policy
At Trimvi, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:
1. Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used items.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Items marked “Final Sale.”
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at getTrimvi@gmail.com.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company or payment provider.
